As we work to improve prosthetic care in the US and in countries around the world, we are committed to learning from our most valuable asset: people living with limb loss. In striving for inclusivity, not only is our Group comprised many individuals with disabilities, but we work to document the diverse experiences of Disabled people who could benefit from our work, and their challenges in accessing fair and appropriate prosthetic care—both in the MIT Media Lab and in the field.
